Who operates this website

This website (the "Site") is operated by Stellian Pty Ltd ("Stellian", "we", "us"), a company based in Sydney, Australia. This policy explains what information the Site collects, why, and how it is handled. It covers this website only — Property Command, a separate product built by Stellian, has its own privacy policy covering that product.

Information you provide to us

The Site includes a "Work with us" enquiry form. If you use it, we collect the information you choose to enter: your name, email address, company (optional), the type of help you're looking for, and your message. We only collect what the form asks for — the Site has no account system, login, or other means of submitting personal information.

Technical information

Like any website, our hosting infrastructure automatically logs basic technical information for security and operational purposes when you visit — for example, IP address, browser type, and access times. We do not currently use this information for profiling, advertising, or any purpose beyond keeping the Site secure and running.

Cookies and analytics

This Site uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Site, in the form of aggregated, anonymised usage statistics — it is not used to identify you personally. Why we collect it and how we use it

Information submitted through the enquiry form is used solely to respond to your enquiry and, if a conversation continues, to correspond with you about a potential project. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your separate consent.

Who we share it with

We do not share information submitted through the Site with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Enquiry form submissions are stored in a Supabase database (a database hosting provider) and a notification of your enquiry is sent to our own mailbox via our email provider — both process information solely on our behalf, solely to let us store and respond to your enquiry, and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

Storage and security

We take reasonable steps to protect information submitted to us from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security, but we don't collect more than we need to respond to you.

Retention

We keep enquiry information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you and to maintain a record of past conversations, and delete or de-identify it when it's no longer needed for that purpose.

Access, correction and deletion

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by contacting us using the details below. We will respond within a reasonable time.
